2. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland (hereinafter "hosting provider"). The hosting provider processes data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Servers are located in Germany.
3. Website access and server logs
When you access this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, requested file, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably and to prevent misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website). The log files are stored by the hosting provider for a limited period only.
4. Contact form and email enquiries
If you contact us using the form or by email, we process the information you provide – name, email address and message, and optionally company and phone/WhatsApp number – together with the domain visited, the domain family, the selected language and the time of the enquiry. The purpose is to handle your enquiry about the domain offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering enquiries).
5. Enquiry log
In addition to email delivery, each enquiry is stored on the web server in an enquiry log (monthly file containing the data listed in section 4 and the delivery status). The log serves as proof and backup in case an email is not delivered. It is protected against access from the internet. The data is deleted after 24 months at the latest, unless statutory retention obligations apply or the enquiry results in a contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Email delivery
Your message and – if applicable – an automatic confirmation of receipt are sent via an email account of the hosting provider (SMTP, encrypted transmission). The hosting provider processes the data required for transmission and storage of the emails.
7. Protection against misuse (spam protection)
To prevent automated mass enquiries, the number of enquiries per IP address is limited. Your IP address is not stored for this purpose; only a non-reversible, keyed hash value (HMAC) is kept, and only for the duration of the limit window (currently 15 minutes). The form also checks the time taken to fill it in and contains a hidden field for detecting bots. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
8. Visitor statistics
To see which domains are of interest, we count page views per domain without cookies and without third-party services. Bots are not counted. To count a visitor only once per day and domain, a hash value is generated from the IP address, the date and the domain using a secret key; it changes daily, cannot be traced back to the IP address and is discarded at the end of the day. Only the totals per domain and the time of the last visit and last enquiry are stored permanently – no IP addresses and no user profiles. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (needs-based presentation of the domain offer).
9. Cookies and language selection
A technically necessary session cookie ("dvsid") is used only when the contact form is used, to protect it against misuse (CSRF protection); it is deleted when the browser is closed. If you select a language, it is stored in the cookie "domain_language" for up to one year. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service you requested (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG) and are not used for advertising or tracking.
10. Fonts and external content
All fonts, scripts and styles are loaded from this server. No connection is made to Google Fonts, content delivery networks or other third parties.
11. External links
The website may link to other domain offers. When you follow such a link, the destination website is loaded; its own privacy policy applies.
12. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, simply send an email to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
